Join us Sunday, July 12th for a first look at YARA Collective’s class offerings. Each class is 45 minutes and designed to give you a feel for the movement, energy, and community we’re creating inside the studio. Spots are limited!

SUNDAY, JULY 12TH

YARA Flow

A breath-led vinyasa class that builds strength, mobility, and mindful movement while helping you reconnect with yourself.

12:45-1:30 PM

Barre

A full-body barre experience combining strength, balance, endurance, and low-impact movement.

2:00-2:45 PM

YARA Sculpt

An energizing strength class featuring yoga-inspired movement, light weights, and intentional full-body conditioning.

4:00-4:45 PM

Hatha

Slow down, breathe deeply, and build a strong foundation through intentional movement, alignment, and mindful pacing.

5:30–6:15 PM

Candlelight Yin

End the weekend with a calming candlelit practice focused on gentle stretching, long-held postures, and deep relaxation.
